If you remember in a previous post I mentioned some local food finds I had purchased. One of them being this muesli mix, Mu Mu Museli http://www.mumumuesli.com . The ingredients caught my attention with all the yumminess it contained. On the back they provided a variety of ways to prep and one was cold. Perfect! My mix included:
- 1 cup Muesli
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup yogurt (I used Stoneyfield Farm organic vanilla)
- 1 grated apple (I used a Honeycrisp!)
Mix and let sit for at least 30 minutes OR overnight.
Oh my, this. was. heaven! I made it literally 2 second before I walked out the door and then left in fridge at work for an additional half our or so. Total time about 1 hour. Perfect breakfast!
